  • PayPal Disputes & How They Work
    • If you encounter an issue with your purchase and paid using PayPal, you have the option to open a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Center. A dispute can be filed within 180 days of the transaction if you have not received your order or if the item is significantly different from the description. Once a dispute is opened, both the buyer and Lovelary.Art will have the opportunity to communicate and resolve the issue. If an agreement cannot be reached, you may escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim, allowing PayPal to review the case and make a final decision based on the provided evidence. If the claim is approved, PayPal may issue a full refund, including shipping costs. We encourage customers to contact our support team first before opening a dispute, as we are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and efficiently.

If you receive an item that is significantly different from the description (e.g., wrong product, damaged, or defective), you are entitled to:
