  2. Click โ€œAdd to Cartโ€ and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
  4. Confirm your order, and youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email shortly.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does shipping take?

  • USA & Canada: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

How can I track my order?

What should I do if my package is delayed?

  • Check your tracking details for updates.
  • Contact the courier service if necessary.

3. Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes! You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery if it meets the return conditions.

Which items are non-returnable?

  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original packaging

How do I request a return?

  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Buyer Protection & Disputes

What if I donโ€™t receive my order?

How does PayPal Buyer Protection work?

If you paid via PayPal, you are covered under PayPal Buyer Protection:

  • If your order doesnโ€™t arrive, PayPal may issue a full refund.
  • If the item is significantly different from the description, you may be eligible for a refund after filing a dispute.
