Customs and Import Duties

2. Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom jewelry.
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
